The chicken breast tart with mushrooms recipe ingredients:

The top:
     250 g flour
125 g butter
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon cream
The filling:
300g chicken breast
300 g fungus
200 g cheese
200 ml cream
3 eggs + 1 albumen
1/2 red bell pepper and green
an onion
3 tablespoons olive oil


Preparing the countertops:
